Peace of Mind, Made Simple.

At Minnie Pearl & Co., we believe clear expectations create comfort and trust. Our simple policies are designed to keep your pets happy, your home secure, and your experience stress-free.

Visit Duration – Standard visits are 20–30 minutes, with extended care available upon request. Dog walks typically run 20 or 30 minutes, and overnight care covers a full evening and morning routine.
Home Access – We securely manage keys, garage codes, or smart locks. Keys are coded for safety (never labeled with names/addresses), and all access information is handled with discretion and care.
Cancellations – We understand plans change. Cancellations require 24 hours’ notice for standard visits and 48 hours’ notice for holiday bookings. This ensures we can honor commitments to all clients.
Holiday Surcharge – Visits scheduled on major holidays may include a modest surcharge.
Payment – Services are invoiced at time of booking and can be paid securely online.

We’ll schedule a complimentary meet-and-greet to get to know you and your pets, review their routines, and ensure the perfect care plan. Once set up, you’ll be able to easily request visits, confirm schedules, and receive updates — all designed to give you peace of mind.

You’ll also receive a thoughtful update with photos so you can see how your pet is doing while you’re away.

Absolutely. We understand that many homes are full of furry family members, and we’re happy to care for them all. Each additional pet may require a small fee depending on the level of care, but every visit is tailored so no one feels left out.

We’re experienced in providing gentle, stress-free medication administration — from pills and supplements to drops and special care routines. Just provide clear instructions, and we’ll make sure your pet’s health needs are met with patience and compassion. Pet meds are included in the visit. Never an upcharge.
