Digital Products and Downloads
Digital products are generally non-refundable once the download has been accessed or the file has been downloaded, except where required by applicable law. If you receive a defective or corrupted file, cannot access your purchased download, or accidentally make a duplicate purchase, please contact Minnie Pearl & Co. promptly with your order number. We will first attempt to provide a working replacement or correct the access problem. When that is not possible, or when a duplicate purchase is confirmed, we may issue a refund to the original payment method.
Affiliate Purchases
Products purchased from Amazon, Etsy, or another third-party retailer are subject to that retailer’s shipping, return, and refund policies. Minnie Pearl & Co. cannot process returns or refunds for purchases completed on another website.
