- Visit duration: Visit length is based on the service selected at booking.
- Home access: Keys are coded for safety and access information is handled with discretion.
- Cancellations: 24 hours’ notice for standard visits and 48 hours for holiday bookings.
- Holiday surcharge: Major-holiday visits may include a modest surcharge.
- Payment: Services are invoiced at booking and can be paid securely online.
How do I book?
Booking is simple and stress-free. You can reserve services through the online booking form, or call or text 832-534-2038. We’ll schedule a complimentary meet-and-greet to learn your pets’ routines and establish their care plan.
What’s included in a visit?
A typical visit includes fresh food and water, potty breaks or litter box care, exercise or playtime, affection, and a thoughtful update with photos.
Do you care for multiple pets?
Yes. Each additional pet may require a small fee depending on the level of care, and every visit is tailored so no one feels left out.
What if my pet needs medication?
Pills, supplements, drops, and special care routines can be provided with clear instructions. Pet medication is included in the visit without an upcharge.
